Tenant Placement Package

The perfect solution for landlords who want to retain full management of their property - simply list the property details with us and Edinburgh Accommodation Solutions will take care of the advertising and finding a tenant. Once a suitable tenant has been found we will prepare the lease agreement, the inventory, take care of checking the tenants' references and collect the first month's rent and deposit. Then when the tenant is in the property the landlord can look after the management of the property and after the first month all future rent is completely commission free!

The advertising only package is available for long term lets, short term lets and holiday rentals

The service is priced at £100 for long term rentals and 5% of each rental value for short term and holiday lets.

Full Property Management

For landlords who do not wish to be involved in the day to day running of their properties we provide a high standard of property management services. We know how to utilise the seasonality of the Edinburgh rental market and work with long term and short term rentals to deliver the maximum rental return from your property. We always re-market our properties at the earliest opportunity to minimise empty periods between lets and when a property becomes available in the summer months we will look to find holiday and festival rentals to maximise rental income and return it to the long term rental market in September.
